VLAD ION - ‘ME LO HICE YO MISMO’

‘Me lo hice yo mismo’ is a contemporary dance solo with influences from urban dance and physical theatre that seeks to make visible, through the body and its expressiveness, the inner struggle between what we show and what we repress in order to be accepted.

Vlad Ion is a dancer and stage creator who began his career in urban dance, consolidating his professional training through the Varium and Freebodies programmes (Barcelona). His career has developed as a performer, educator and choreographer, presenting his work both nationally and internationally.

CIA NISHAM - ‘O(K)ULTO’

‘O(k)ulto’ is a piece in which urban dance, fused with other performing arts languages, becomes the vehicle for releasing traumas trapped in the body and healing them through honesty and vulnerability.

Cia Nisham is an international hybrid urban dance company directed by Nia Torres. The company develops stage productions as well as educational and community-based projects, creating spaces for reflection and entertainment through movement.
